Father and Son Dinner

illiams Amaya, Director of Studies, addressed the first words of the night. He recalled the value of effort and constancy. These grand ideas were cemented in speech by alumnus Rodolfo Chang, who provided and emotional speech full of those moments that marked his time in Alpamayo. More than one remembered what they had lived and let out a tear. That 4th of December was special. The traditional “Father and Son Dinner� completely
fulfilled its main objective, which was to deepen and develop with greater effort the sacred and indelible link that should exist between fathers and sons from the graduating class of a school like ours. The event began at 7:30pm with a welcome cocktail. Prior to the dinner, there was a general photo taken with all the attendees: fathers, sons, and teachers. As the voice of the fathers, Mr. Jorge Parodi spoke in the name of the parents who thanked the faculty of teach-
ers and authorities for the great collaboration given to each one of the families, reflected in the formation that their sons take with them, and that it serves them all their lives. In closing, the Headmaster, Renzo Forlin, thanked both the parents as well as the students for the confidence given to the formative work that Alpamayo had offered from the beginning of their school life. As is tradition, teachers also took part along with the invitees and the directors.
