Transforming Our Workforce In response to the Staff Survey and Internal HR Audit (Forsyth, 2020) the ‘My Employee Journey Framework’ was developed. This framework ensures the journey of all our employees is successful, fulfilling and engaging and that good performance is rewarded and celebrated.
We have been reviewing all our policies and procedures to ensure they meet the requirement of our workforce in line with the My Employee Journey. We have updated how we measure our individual performance and propose to fully introduce the performance development plans and the CVC Capability Framework over the next four years. With our updated Operation Plan, our workforce will have transparent goals to achieve, and over the next four years, we will continue to ensure our workforce has the skills, capability and engagement to be successful.
