INTRODUCTION The Clarence 2032 provides a vehicle for expressing long-term community aspirations. However, these aspirations will not be achieved without sufficient resources – time, money, assets and people. The Resourcing Strategy demonstrates how the Council’s resources will be used to achieve The Clarence 2032.
The Resourcing Strategy consists of three components: 1. Long-term financial planning. 2. Workforce management planning – identifies current and predicted workforce issues and explains what will be done to address them. 3. An asset management strategy (AMS).
