Achieving a formal industry is something many of our people didn’t think was possible and through our commitment to training we are changing this mindset. Our people are striving to achieve, not only for themselves, but as an example to their children and whanau. We are proud that over 40 of our people have now achieved a level 3 qualification.
Our inhouse Pastoral Care Programme is at the core of our training and helps our people navigate some of the challenges that have traditionally prevented them from furthering their careers and education. Our commitment to brighter futures extends beyond just Topline.
Through our long-standing relationship with MSD and corrections we regularly provide employment opportunities to people facing challenges entering the workforce, people that most other employers wouldn’t even give a second look, let alone a second chance.
Through the Topline Training Academy we are able to reach further into our wider community and industry, offering real onsite work training, linking work ready graduates from our 12-week programme with employers offering real employment opportunities. He tangata, he tangata, he tangata. It’s all about the people.
