From the ground up the company is committed to the development of our people. Within the Loaders' management team we have a dedicated group of trainers and assessors comprising of workplace assessors and qualified adult education managers. 122 CCNZ / CONNEXIS CIVIL INDUSTRY TRAINING AWARDS 20222 Currently we have people completing apprenticeships in their level 3 and 4 infrastructure works (pipeline construction and maintenance, road construction), as well as level 5 contracts management. Every member of the Loaders family is encouraged to engage in their personal development through CONNEXIS apprenticeship schemes.
