The range of learning engagement encompasses on site coaching to literacy programmes and formal studies (NZQA Level 2 through to Diploma and MBA students).
All staff are on a growth journey from Leading Self to Leading Others and Strategic Leadership. Our habitual growth question is “what’s next?’.
In the last five years our learning culture has developed from predominantly supervised study groups to include on-line and self-directed learners
as well as supervised study groups. We are moving from highly dependent learners to greater proportions of independent and interdependent students. Many graduates voluntarily assist and give advice to others in their 2 121CIVIL INDUSTRY TRAINING AWARDS 2022 CCNZ / CONNEXIS crews regarding study (technical and leadership competency) and potential career pathways. We actively engage with local schools to promote the Infrastructure Industry as a dynamic and positive career choice and Isaac Construction as a company that commits to developing professionals in their chosen area and offers a variety of career options. While predominantly working with Connexis, Isaac Construction enjoy highly effective partnerships with a variety of ITO’s and external providers, who are equally committed to developing people to be their best.
