Forte Civil was established in 2013 and is a family run business where we have a big focus on the people as well as the projects, through this approach we have demonstrated our ability to competently deliver multiple projects concurrently through a combined workforce of experienced and qualified staff and staff who are developing their skills and qualifications through training, coaching and mentoring.
Our field staff are supported through our established in-house management staff and systems which demonstrates our company wide training and mentoring ethos and culture of learning and development.
Training and development is 2% of our annual budget and we have over 75% of our staff engaged in ongoing learning pathways which lead to industry recognised qualifications and 1 117CIVIL INDUSTRY TRAINING AWARDS 2022 CCNZ / CONNEXIS they are supported in the workplace by their colleagues through an open culture of learning at our training facility or on site. We are proud of their achievements and their willingness to share their learnings with others as they grow personally and within the company – it is a pleasure for us to witness and be involved with this process. We intend to continue expanding our training programme in the future to allow our employees the option to explore other skills within the civil sector to further their careers.
