FINE No need to call City Hall for service requests on issues such as potholes, graffiti, city trees, parking, and code enforcement violations. Report issues you see in South El Monte using the City’s GORequest Service Request System. The City’s GORequest reporting system allows convenient 24/7 reporting from the GORequest mobile application that is FREE to download for smartphones and mobile devices. The mobile app is available at the Apple App Store, Google Play and the City website at www.cityofsouthelmonte.org The system is very easy to use. Simply open the app, select an issue, take a picture, and tap “submit.” The GPS and camera features on the mobile device will provide the City a picture and location. The request will automatically be sent to the right staff member to ensure the problem is resolved. A tracking number will be issued to provide the status of the service request.
Residents can also access the GORequest system on the City’s website by clicking on the South El Monte E-Services Direct (SEED) icon.
