The Lancaster Municipal Court of Record Municipal Court is the judicial branch of city government. Municipal Court hears Class C Misdemeanor criminal cases, including traffic violations and fine only violations up to $500.00. The Court also hears violations of city ordinances, which may have a fine up to $2,000.00 for certain offenses.
