▪ New fences will be matched to the type and height of existing fencing.
▪ Will my landscaping be restored to its original condition?
▪ Trees will not be replaced, but irrigation systems and lawns will be restored. Other landscaping items will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
▪ I have a shed/pool/etc in my backyard. Will this be affected by construction?
▪ Pools and large/permanent structures will be protected in place using shoring. Small sheds will be relocated by the contractor. The contractor will coordinate with residents for relocation and moving of shed contents.
▪ What safety measures will be utilized during construction?
▪ Temporary fencing will be installed along the active construction area for safety purposes until the new permanent fencing is in place.
▪ How will I know when roads are closed for construction?
▪ Residents can receive email updates on road construction by subscribing to the City’s Notify Me service.
