Building Recertification

BuildingRecertification

The Building Department is proud to announce that our Existing Building Recertification is well on its way with the issuance of our first recertification certificate at the end of March This milestone marks the beginning of a new era in our City’s commitment to overall building safety Currently, 130 existing buildings within the City of Boynton Beach have been identified for our program, and have already received written notification to submit their Phase I recertification reports While we've received a limited number of recertification applications thus far, we understand these changes take time As recertification inspection professionals become more acquainted with the City's requirements and with upcoming deadlines approaching, we anticipate a substantial increase in submissions in the forthcomingweeks
