According to the growth pace of the city
The pace of construction work performed by Jundiai City Hall, through its Construction Office, is frantic, as well as the development of the city.
This could not be different, in order to go along with the growth of the municipality. Each neighborhood in Jundiai bears an intervention aiming at the improvement of local infrastructure. There is road paving jobs, construction of new schools and Basic Health Units (UBSs), among others.

Jobsites in the municipality ate the portrait of industrial and demographic growth of the city.
Paving and draining
Manu streets of the city have undergone interventions of the Construction Office of Jundiai. Among them, we mention the streets of Jardim Scala, which had draining and paving jobs performed.
The neighborhood, five streets have undergone interventions, with a total paving of 15.230 square meters. These streets are: Rua Antenor Camargo, Rua José Rodrigues, Rua Nilcineia Lorencine, Rua Constâncio Albuquerque, and Rua Constantino Scarabelini.
In the neighborhood of Medeiros, paving jobs were done in Avenida João Gonçalves dos Reis and in Rua Paulo Molena. These jobs shall be finished in 2011. Paving and draining jobs have already been done in the neighborhoods of Jardim Rosaura, Novo Horizonte, Tamoio, Nambi and Ivoturucaia.
Improving traffic
As all develop cities, Jundiai also bears some bottleneck spots within the city, which have been relieved so that the municipality does not suffer with extensive bottlenecks.
With this aim, the Constructions Office performs several interventions within the neighborhoods of the city, in order to ensure traffic flow in the central area roads and its built environment, as well as in the industrialized areas of the municipality.
As an example, we mention the construction of a new bridge that shall relieve the traffic at the exit of Sperandio Pellicari Overpass, close to Avenida dos Imigrantes, as well as the road construction job at Bridge São João. These interventions are only a sample of the daily job which is being performed in the municipality.

Y no podía ser diferente a fines de acompañar el crecimiento del municipio. En cada barrio jundiaiense, se puede encontrar una intervención que tiene el objetivo de mejorar la infraestructura del lugar. Se trata de obras de pavimentación de calles, construcción de nuevas escuelas y Unidades Básicas de Salud (UBSs), entre otras.
Los obradores existentes en el municipio se han transformado en el retrato del crecimiento industrial y demográfico de la ciudad.
Pavimentación y drenado
La Secretaría de Obras de Jundiaí ya ha realizado intervenciones en muchas calles de la ciudad. Entre ellas, podemos citar las calles del barrio Jardim Scala en las cuales se efectuaron obras de drenado y pavimentación.
En ese barrio se realizaron intervenciones en cinco calles, totalizando 15.230 m² de pavimentación. Son ellas: calle Antenor Camargo, calle José Rodrigues, calle Nilcineia Lorencine, calle Constâncio Albuquerque y calle Constantino Scarabelini.
En el barrio de Medeiros las obras de pavimentación fueron ejecutadas en la Avenida João Gonçalves dos Reis y en la calle Rua Paulo Molena. Estas obras serán terminadas en 2011.

Desahogando el tránsito
Como todas las ciudades desarrolladas, Jundiaí también presenta algunos puntos de congestionamiento, problema que ya está siendo subsanado para que el municipio no sufra futuramente con grandes embotellamientos.
Con este objetivo, la Secretaría Municipal de Obras está realizando innumerables intervenciones en los barrios de la ciudad que van a garantizar la fluidez del tránsito en las vías de la región central y en su entorno, como también en las áreas industrializadas del municipio.
Una de esas obras es la construcción de un nuevo puente, que aliviará el tránsito en la salida del viaducto Sperandio Pellicari, cercano a la Avenida dos Imigrantes, así como la obra vial en el Puente São João. Estas intervenciones son apenas una muestra del trabajo diario que está realizando este municipio.
