Touristic and Cultural Diversity
The city of Jundiaí keeps its cultural traditions alive. With a historically rich culture, the city promotes culturalartistic events that attracts the population and maintain its history alive.
In order to prevent the death of its traditions and to stimulate artistic creation, the county promotes cultural activities throughout the city. To support the local artistic production, Jundiaí maintains cultural centers that promote presentations from the people.

With several performances and festivals that occur in Jundiaí, the city breathes art and popularizes regional culture.
Polytheama Theater Centennial
The Polytheama Theater, that turns 100 years in 2011 is a space conceived to receive great artists and performances.
With splendorous architecture, the theater is a landmark for the city of Jundiaí. Only in 2010, the stage at Polytheama received 110 performances and 10 expositions. The theater is constantly booked for performances, enriching the local population.
The Fruit Circuit
Composed by visitation to several rural properties equipped with restaurants and wine cellars, the Fruit Circuit is one of the main rural touristic attractions in Jundiaí. The circuit encompasses 10 different counties: Jundiaí, Atibaia, Indaiatuba, Itatiba, Itupeva, Jarinu, Louveira, Morungaba, Valinhos and Vinhedo.
Maintaining three sightseeing tours: rural, cultural and ecological, the Fruit Circuit counts with 30 properties opened for visitation. Among the most visited locations are Fazenda Nossa Senhora da Conceição and wine cellars Vendramin and Beraldo Di Cale.
The county received an average of five thousand tourists, per weekend, that arrived in town via the CPTM Touristic Express, a touristic train that departures from the capital to the city of Jundiaí.
“Dons & Tons” Infantile Scenic Choir
The choir “Dons & Tons” started its activities in May 2010. Throughout the year, children between the ages of eight and twelve started their weekly singing lessons and body language. Over fifty students are thought at EMEB Deodato Janski.
The lessons occur at the Jundiaí Cultural Center and are ministered by the conductor Simara Drezza, accompanied by Otávio Piolla keyboards. The professors responsible for the body language lessons are Carlinhos Faustini and Reynaldo Puebla. The Project is sponsored by the Sport and Education Secretary and by the Social Actions County Foundation (FUMAS).
