August 1, 2021 Update Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Survey was distributed to all permanent employees on Thursday, July 29, 2021. The purpose of the survey is to understand how employees view diversity, inclusion, fairness, equity, and respect in the workplace; and determine benchmarks. DEI Survey concludes on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at 5 p.m.; survey results will be disclosed to employees on Thursday, August 19, 2021. The next step is to form a committee to assist with establishing specific DEI objectives and benchmarks.
