5/21 Complete 8/21 The draft amendment to the Marine Commercial FLU category and draft LDRs for a new Planned Maritime Development Code was prepared and sent to the County on July 16, 2021, as they serve as the Project Manager for the Port Master Plan. The County has indicated that their comments will be sent to the City Planning staff on August 2, 2021. A tentative date for a community meeting is August 25, 2021.
