ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: For the CHS Employee of the Year, any full-time or part-time employee who: • has served CHS for two years or more, as of June 30, 2022 • has been employed for the entire fiscal year July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022 • has not previously won the award, and • must be employed on the date the award is presented.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: For the CHS Rising Star of the Year, any full-time or part-time employee who: • has served CHS a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 24 months as of June 30, 2022 • has been employed the entire fiscal year July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022 • has not previously won the award, and • must be employed on the date the award is presented.

NOTE: Years of service are determined as of the end of the fiscal year June 30, 2022.
