The Press Office is located next to the Organisers’ Office.

COURTESY TRANSPORT
A courtesy minibus operates between Esher Station and Sandown Park regularly throughout the day.
CAR PARKING
Car and coach parking is free of charge.
EXHIBITION LAYOUT
Due to the requirement to keep social distancing in place the exhibiotn has been spread out over two floors. You will enter via the Esher Hall (lower ground level) and there are stairs and a disabled lift to the Surrey Hall (ground floor.) The main seminars are taking place in the Eclipse Pavilion which is situated at the far end of the Surrey Hall. Cindy’s Sofa takes place in Cindy’s Bar which is at the far end of the Surrey Hall. CPO seminars and Walk though the Bible seminars take place on their stands.
A floorplan will be available as a seperate handbook supplement on arrival at the exhibition.
TOILET FACILITIES
Toilet facilities are available on all levels.
DISABLED FACILITIES
Disabled Toilets are available throughout the building. There are lifts to all floors in the main Building and Eclipse Pavilion.
FIRST AID
The First Aid room is located in the centre of the Surrey Hall and is permanently staffed.
FIRE
Fire extinguishers are located throughout the exhibition in accordance with fire authority regulations. In the event of an emergency being announced over the loudspeaker system, all visitors should make their way in an orderly manner to the nearest exit.
CANVASSING
Canvassing for orders by any unauthorised person is prohibited. The distribution of printed material or other placards, handbills or circulars, except by exhibitors within the confines of their own stand, is prohibited.
INDEMNITY
The exhibition organisers cannot accept responsibility for statements made in this handbook nor for any errors or omissions that may have occurred.
RESTAURANTS
There are refreshment bars on both floors to the exhibition hall with the main restaurant in the Surrey Hall Open 10am – 4.30pm Tuesday and Wednesday, 10am – 4.00pm Thursday
