Be a Member T&Cs 1. CHRG’s “Be a Member” promotion will commence on Tuesday, November 7th 2023 at 10:00 am and conclude on Thursday, December 21st 2023 at 11:59 pm.

2. The “Be a Member” prize pool will consist of one $500 Red Balloon voucher to be won.

3. The “Be a Member” promotion will be conducted at Castle Hill RSL Club, 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154.

4. A “Be a Member” entry will be generated upon the completion of the “Be a Member” form, accessible via – https://forms.office.com/r/GGtwgwKnrL 5.

6. Castle Hill RSL Club LTD, ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as Castle Hill RSL Club) at 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154, phone (02) 8858 4800 is the promoter of the Promotion.

7. Entry into the “Be a Member” promotion is subject to accepting these terms and conditions.

How to Enter 8. Be a financial CHRG member and enter the “Be a Member” promotion by: a) Completing the “Be a Member” form accessible here: https://forms.office.com/r/GGtwgwKnrL b) One entry per member will be entered into the draw.

Prize Draw 9. The prize draw will occur at Castle Hill RSL Club on Friday the 22nd of December at 12 pm.

10. The draw will be conducted using an OLGR-approved random number generator.

11. Members do not need to be present at Castle Hill RSL Club to win, with the winning member to be notified via phone, with the prize of a $500 Red Balloon Voucher to be collected by the winning member upon notification of the win. The winning member must present to Castle Hill RSL Club with their membership card to collect their prize.

General Terms and Conditions 12. Winners do not need to be physically and personally present at Castle Hill RSL Club on the draw day.

13. The winning Member must present at Castle Hill RSL Club upon notification of the win and claim their prize.

14. Suspended members and members who are not financial at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter or claim prizes as part of this promotion.

15. Participation in the “Be a Member” promotion is open to financial CHRG members over eighteen (18), except employees of the promoter and their spouses, and directors of the promoter and their spouses.

16. In the event of a technical failure (including but not limited to the promotion system) the promotion may be postponed or cancelled. Management discretion applies and negations will not be entered.

17. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no factor in determining a winner.

18. Castle Hill RSL Club reserves the right to change or amend this promotion any time.
