CHRG - Voucher Terms & Conditions 2023 12

CHRG Voucher Terms & Conditions – 08/12/2023 1. ‘$20’ and ‘$100’ CHRG ‘Voucher’ is issued by Castle Hill RSL Club LTD, ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as CHRG) at 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154, phone (02) 8858 4800.

2. Purchasing or accepting a Voucher indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

3. The ‘Voucher’ will expire at the nominated ‘Expiry Date’ as indicated on the physical voucher.

4. CHRG reserves the right to refuse selling or gifting a voucher at any time and to any person.

5. CHRG ‘Voucher’ can be used at Castle Hill RSL, Club Parramatta, Lynwood Golf & Country Club, Castle Hill Fitness & Aquatic Centre and Castle Hill Bowling Club where indicated in the ‘For Use’ section of the voucher.

6. Not for use in any Gaming Machine.

7. Where the value of goods purchased exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the voucher holder.

8. At the time of redemption, no change will be given, and any remaining balance on the voucher will be forfeited.

9. Not redeemable for cash.

10. If the CHRG ‘Voucher’ is transferred to another person, it is the responsibility of the patron to inform them of the terms and conditions.

11. CHRG 'Voucher' will become invalid if it is defaced, altered, tampered with, or mutilated in any way.

12. No refunds or replacements after expiry. Balance cannot be transferred.

13. A lost CHRG ‘Voucher’ cannot be replaced.
