Othello, WA School District Complete Study

This concern is highlighted by the fact that the recruitment procedure resulted in a smaller number of READY! participants in Year 2 than it did in Year 1. On the other hand, it is clear that the recruitment procedures used in Year 2 resulted in comparable groups in Year 1. The present results are positive with respect to the effectiveness of READY! as a district-wide intervention strategy for improving school readiness for multi-ethnic, multi-lingual preschoolers in public school systems. These results suggest that READY! is worthy of future program evaluation efforts.
