Our unique support structure consists of a three-coordinator system which provides each sales professional a listing, marketing, and transaction specialist. When we decided to move to Hilton Head, we were told the only real estate agents to use were The Reed Team. After buying and selling four properties using them, we couldn't agree more.

They know the market extremely well. In addition, they really tried to learn our goals, and then match properties to meet those goals. Our first property was an ocean front house, that we rented for 3 years until we tore it down to build our dream house. The advice we were given by The Reed Team during that time proved to be right on. The other transactions were for investment reasons, and they all exceeded our goals as well.

There are three things we especially liked about dealing with The Reed Team; first, they would tell us exactly how they felt about a property, and actually steered us away from some we liked. Secondly, they have a very practical, common sense approach about real estate deals. And thirdly, they worked hard on building long-term relationships, they weren't just transaction processors. They stayed very involved during escrow and way past the closings, ensuring that the deal got done to our satisfaction.
