As a highly skilled Graphic Designer with over 18 years of experience in the Creative Industries, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Sunshine Coast Council’s team. The opportunity to contribute to the Council’s progressive vision is truly exciting for me.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular focus on pre-press/publishing for both digital and print media. Additionally, I possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Canva, which further complement my design capabilities.

One of my strengths is thriving in high-pressure environments, allowing me to excel at managing tight deadlines and handling multiple projects concurrently. My meticulous attention to detail ensures the highest level of quality in my design work. As a strong communicator, I take pride in delivering effective, focused, and on-target products. INDUSTRY SKILL LEVEL - SOFTWARE, TECHNIQUES AND PROCESSES

Through a career spanning 25 years in the Creative Industries, I have gained advanced working knowledge in graphic design and photographic outcomes. I have worked with a range of clients from small business, finance and real estate through to government departments (TAFE QLD). During this time I have always maintained current industry standards and kept abreast of emerging technologies including working knowledge of the appropriate and up to date software (print and digital).

Designed and produced artwork and branding (within guidelines) for use in internal and external publications and promotional materials for Westpac Group (Synapsis Creative).

Working as Senior Designer at Private Label Dynamics I have produced a variety of internal and external print, web-based and digital publications, that includes but is not limited to marketing collateral, EDM’s, Acknowledgement of Country, screen savers, email signatures, brochures and reports in line with company service policy and standards.

Managed the print production and delivery of a range of design collateral and resources for over 800 clients whilst working as Senior Designer at Private Label Dynamics.

As Senior Designer at Private Label Dynamics I produced corporate documents and reports, newsletters, signage, advertisements, posters, brochures and digital assets that were inclusive, accessible and actionable to a diverse set of audiences.

PRODUCE DOCUMENTS FROM RESEARCH TO PUBLICATION

During my career as a Graphic Designer I have demonstrated th ability to research, design, write, edit and publish a broad range of official and promotional correspondence, reports, briefs and publications.

While working as a Graphic Designer for JPG Design, I worked closely with major real estate brands to produce a range or promotional and technical documents using data/text heavy information.

As Senior Designer at Private Label Dynamics I produced promotional correspondence, reports, briefs, publications and scientific documents. Presentation doucments, Annual a& Quarterly Reports, analysing and compiling data (Synapsis Creative).

For the clients of Synapsis Creative I prepared presentation doucments and Annual & Quarterly Reports. I was also required to disect information by analysing and compiling complex data to present in digestable animations and infographics.
