Every pupil - from Reception to Year 6 - had their own theories about what had happened, which made for some very lively debate. Claire Laycock, head of Key Stage 2 at the school said: “Following the strange encounter, pupils produced some fantastic pieces of work: diaries, recounts, descriptions, letters and more. “This unusual inspiration really enhanced the quality of their writing, and teachers were delighted with the results.”
