RECORD YEAR FOR THE ROWDY RED RAFFLE

Thank you to everyone for your great support of the Rowdy Red Raffle. With your help, we surpassed our goal and broke our previous sales record by over $8,300 with $179,300 in total ticket sales. Thank you to everyone who participated in the Rowdy Red Raffle by purchasing a ticket and helping make this a record-breaking year.

A special shout out to this year’s Rowdy Red Raffle Student Committee of juniors: Cal Ramthun, Jack Fichter, Luke Hurley, Isiah Shepherd, Tee Sirikantraporn, Andrew Hennessey, Carter Fogarty, and Aidan Jenney. Their creativity in determining the revamped incentives and the clarity and thorough explanation of the selling process in their video was critical to the record level sales we achieved. We are so grateful to them and proud of their efforts.

The money raised from this year’s raffle will be used for ACTIVE LEARNING CLASSROOMS:

● Active Learning Classrooms are designed with the modern student in mind.

● Research shows that Active Learning Classrooms can improve student performance, creativity, and, student attitudes toward learning.

● Components of the Active Learning Classrooms: o Flexible Seating o Media collaboration centers o Portable glass whiteboards o Interactive flat-panel TV screens (multiple displays) o Integrated charging stations
