It is with great excitement and pride that I welcome you to another extraordinary season at Arts Bonita. This year marks a transformative chapter—a time of innovation, expansion and deeper community engagement.
Across both campuses, we’ve made significant upgrades—from enhanced lighting and sound in our performance venues to redesigned classrooms and studios—all to elevate your experience and inspire creativity.
One of the most exciting additions is the brand-new Polovina Digital Art Lab, a cutting-edge space that opens the door to 21st-century creativity. Whether you’re interested in promoting your business on social media, exploring podcasting, filmmaking, or diving into digital design, this lab is your launchpad to endless creative possibilities. Designed for learners of all ages and skill levels, our digital programs empower both youth and adults to amplify their voices in today’s digital world.
At our Visual Arts Campus, we’ve dramatically expanded offerings in stone carving, metal work, pottery, fused glass, painting and drawing. Our classical drawing Atelier continues to thrive, while new short-form, private one-night creative events offer unique ways to celebrate birthdays, team outings, or just a fun night out. We’ve also broadened our evening and weekend class schedules, making it easier than ever to fit creativity into your busy life.
Our youth programs are thriving like never before—from homeschool enrichment and musical theater to dance and visual arts, there’s something for every child to enjoy. These programs not only nurture artistic growth but also build essential life skills like confidence, imagination, collaboration and creative problem-solving—all vital foundations for success in school and beyond.
We are also proud to present our most ambitious performing arts lineup yet, featuring unforgettable concerts and theater productions. This season brings some of the hottest bands in the country—including Joanne Shaw Taylor, Femmes of Rock and Donna the Buffalo—alongside beloved tribute acts celebrating the music of the Eagles, Beatles, ABBA and the best of country music. You’ll also enjoy a dynamic mix of blues, jazz, cabaret and comedy, including The Book of Moron and Funny Old Broads. Whether you’re looking for something familiar or something fresh, there’s truly something for everyone.
This extraordinary season—filled with facility improvements, expanded programming and genre-defining performances— reflects our unwavering commitment to making the arts accessible, meaningful and vibrant for all. We are deeply grateful to you—our students, families, artists, members and supporters—for making Arts Bonita a place where creativity thrives.
We can’t wait to share this exhilarating new chapter with you.
I look forward to seeing you at Arts Bonita!

The atelier method reflects the classical academic tradition of the dedicated study of human form as observed from life. The core program consists of inter-dependent courses in basic drawing, cast drawing and painting, portraiture and short and long pose figure study that gradually orient the student to novel processes that enhance observation and form sensibility.
Courses are for all levels of experience with an emphasis on drawing before students develop their skills as painters. The program allows for ‘rolling’ admission, at any level of progression, with each session offering a specific focus to help the student acquire a coherent working process that fosters skill development and an aesthetic that appreciates beauty through the truthful depiction of nature.

Arts Bonita works closely with performers to start all shows on time. All patrons are required to be seated before a performance begins. Late seating will be done at breaks in the performances, during performer designated times or at the discretion of Front of The House Manager. Lobby doors open one hour prior to performance. Auditorium doors open one-half hour prior to performance.
Please advise the Box office of any special needs or wheelchair accessible seating when ordering tickets so that we may make every effort to accommodate you. If a member of your party is in a wheelchair please let us know if the chair is oversized, has any special equipment (i.e. oxygen tank) or whether the party member can transfer from the chair. There are accessible parking spaces located near our two side lobby entrances.
All patrons entering the theatre, no matter how young, must have a ticket and the opportunity to occupy a seat. For the enjoyment of everyone and to allow us to comply with local fire codes, there may be no babies in arms at any Center for Performing Arts performance. Please carefully consider whether a performance is appropriate for children before planning to attend with young people. Also, please be aware that children who are disruptive will not be allowed to remain in the theatre. Be considerate of others in the audience and of your young person’s comfort. Children under the age of four are only permitted at Youth Theatre Performances. While on Center for the Performing Arts premises, children attending live performances must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
There is no compensation for missed performances.
We recommend that all patrons arrive 30-45 minutes prior to show time in order to find parking. A map showing parking lot entrances, our two designated lots and grass parking areas can be found below.
The Centers for the Arts supports fundraising events for nonprofit organizations through the donation of performance tickets at our Center for Performing Arts, or select programming opportunities at our Center for Visual Arts. All requests must be submitted online. Due to the large number of ticket donation requests we receive, we appreciate your compliance with the following guidelines:
• Requesting organization must be a charitable nonprofit with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS
• Requesting organization must be in Lee or Collier county
• Requests must be received at least six (6) weeks prior to the event. We cannot guarantee fulfillment of requests received less than six weeks prior to event date.
• Phone, mail or email requests will not be accepted.
The upcoming year is full of wonderful community and special events, great lectures and interesting exhibitions. Now is your chance to experience these and other activities from the inside.

Volunteers work in a wide variety of programs, committees and projects throughout Arts Bonita. They greet visitors, work special events, assist with community outreach programs and serve on committees. Our volunteers create a gracious, warm environment for visitors and participants, enhancing their enjoyment of Arts Bonita. We also have “behind-the-scenes” volunteer opportunities available. These volunteers help our administrative and clerical staff by doing research, answering phones, photocopying, filing and entering data.
Arts Bonita seeks Front of House volunteers for upcoming concerts and performances in such areas as ticket sales, will call, ushers, bartenders and concessions.
