Looking Back at South Australia's Bushfires The Civil Contractors Federation (SA) acknowledges the devastation our region has been dealing with. What should have been a day of celebrating achievements in 2019, 20 December, for many, turned into one fighting for their livelihoods. The Cudlee Creek fires saw over 25,000 hectares destroyed, and an additional 210,000 hectares on Kangaroo Island was burnt. Sadly, three lives were lost, and countless native wildlife and livestock perished. We thank all CCF SA Members for their contribution to the Bushfire Relief, and for their ongoing support to assist the rebuild that will continue for some time.

areas. McMahon Services also purchased a firefighting ATV and had our workshop build a 4X4 all area access firefighting rig, and sent both of these highly mobile appliances to Kangaroo Island to help rapidly respond to spot fire flareups.
» Alano Water has been carting hay, and fixing water pumps and pipework where needed.
Again, thank you to all who have contributed in one way or another. Your continued efforts do not go unnoticed. We are extremely humbled by the commitment of our members to ensure that SA remains a great place to live and do business. #ccfsaproud #bookthemout
