Innovative Toolbox For Internship Implementation

Erasmus +, Strategic Partnership for Vocational Education and Training

I-Coach is a 36-months Erasmus+ project aiming to provide SMEs with the skills and competences needed to support the implementation of successful internship programmes via an innovative training course and methodology. The project also strives to foster a return on investment to enable small companies to benefit from work-based learning (WBL) and individual interns, or to successfully integrate them into their working environment.

The I-Coach activities are implemented by a Consortium composed of 7 partner organisations from 6 different European countries: Bulgaria, Belgium, Italy, Cyprus, Spain and Romania.

During our third Transnational Project Meeting, held in the beautiful city of Nicosia, Cyprus, the consortium was able to meet again in person and move the project forward. We are currently working on the development of the I-Coach Training Toolbox, which is divided into four subgroups:

1. Development of the I-Coach Training Methodology

2. Development of the I-Coach Training Toolbox

3. Translation of the I-Coach Training Toolbox

4. Development of a Training Platform

Furthermore, the training for trainers will be organized in Milan, Italy by ECOLE on the 10th, 11th & 12th of July 2023.
