The brand new AWA lady collection is what Dainese conceived for those ladies who don’t want to go unnoticed, in both everyday life and on the ski slopes. The concept was developed with strict attention to detail and premium quality materials, developing something never seen before. A collection which breaks the rules of womens’ skiwear: starting from the uniqueness of the cloak hood (1), enriched with YKK® shiny buckles and buttons (2), to the intricate neck construction made with seamless technology(3) for improved breathability. The garment is finished with a zip regulating system (4) on the sleeves and an embroidery representing the AWA acronym.
Once again the AWA collection sets the benchmark for using high performance fabrics and technologies while maintaining the layering system concept. The outer layer is made with high performance D-DRY®+ 3L (5) membrane (30.000 mm water column /30.000 g/m2/24hrs), which, thanks to the YKK® VISLON® Aquaguard (6), protects the wearer from treacherous weather conditions, and thanks to its great breathability, stays dry, adapting perfectly to a wide variety of activity levels. The inner jacket was completely redesigned, making the fit even better and using high quality materials that contribute to the stylish look of the garment, while maintaining a high performance level. The superior insulation of the inner jacket is ensured by the rich baby camel wool (7) that naturally adapts to body temperature and has a soft, fluffly, “cloud” feel on the skin. The internal part of the inner jacket is embellished by the use of Pertex Quantum (8).
