✓220 residents chatted with face to face in Blyth, Carlisle, Hettonle-Hole, Kendal, Keswick, Maryport, Penrith, Whitehaven and Workington
✓Hundreds of leaflets delivered
✓Supported residents by raising 19 new ASB cases ranging from fly-tipping and abandoned cars (examples on the next few pages) to noise nuisance and drug dealing
✓Provided 50 residents who weren’t aware of the process with detailed information on how to report ASB
