IMPEY INVESTS IN DIGITAL CAMPAIGN FOR SOHO RANGE
BERTAZZONI ENTERS DISHWASHER MARKET IN THE UK Italian appliance manufacturer Bertazzoni – which partnered with several UK distributors earlier this year – has launched its first ever dishwasher models to the UK and Ireland markets.
Wetroom manufacturer Impey has made a “substantial” investment in a digital marketing campaign to drive footfall to showrooms displaying the company’s blackframed Soho wetroom screen range – launched earlier this year at KBB Birmingham – across the UK. The company has created marketing assets to support retailers alongside the “significant, targeted online advertising campaign” aimed at driving potential customers to the Soho landing page. “The reaction to our Soho range has been fabulous and we have been delighted by the investment which our

showrooms have shown in creating the most stunning displays,” said Impey group sales director Steve Huntly. Jerry Wallace of Soho retailer Bathroom Solutions in Bristol added: “We were drawn to the on-trend design, colour and finish of Impey’s Soho range, which is ideal for the market at the moment. “Soho has the contemporary look that customers are after and it’s an excellent modern option for the showroom. We have installed it as part of our window display; it’s a great addition to complement the range of wetroom solutions we offer and has been generating interest and sales.”
The products – which will be available to consumers from early 2019 – are A+++ rated and available with or without a built-in sliding door. The company showcased the models for the first time at EuroCucina earlier this year. “Since launching in the UK and Ireland last year, we’ve received positive feedback about the strength and quality of our product offering from consumers and suppliers alike, so it only made sense to extend our offering beyond cooking appliances,” said Bertazzoni UK and Ireland managing director Maurizio Severgnini. “We’ve earned many loyal customers who understand that buying Bertazzoni means investing in Italian craftsmanship, beautiful engineering and high-end design. With the positive reaction we’ve had, we know that some will see this as an opportunity to fully equip their kitchen with Bertazzoni products, offering a complete design solution for the whole kitchen space.” Severgnini added: “We’re expecting a strong response to the launch and can’t wait for these products to hit the market.”
