I have been recruited to lead the Inspection Department, which essentially is the administrative management of our field team of specialist expert witnesses. This includes allocation of workload, processing legal documents and essentially the overall customer experience when engaging our services. The Inspection Department is a good example of how the orgnansiation is growing. Your very first impressions of the organisation? This is an organisation that is clearly addressing many of the industries challenges and in is an exciting place to work based on the diversity of initiatives and indeed the subsequent rewards that are being delivered to stakeholders. The BiKBBI is growing rapidly and so it is a great opportunity for me to play a part of its success story.
