Hi Anthony, tell us about your role and your key stakeholders? As National Key Accounts Manager I’ve been covering this position for two years now and I love the challenge and variety that the role presents. I have a fantastic customer base dealing with a range of key stakeholders in the builders' merchant sector. . How has COVID-19 affected your customer base? It’s been a very challenging time for businesses generally but we are all learning to adapt our business models to support the buying behaviour of our key stakeholders. For example,

we have noticed a huge shift towards online sales and we have had to adapt to help our customers meet the change. As a company we continue to listen to and support our customers so they can deliver the promises they are making to their own customers. What is Kitchen Kit?
