Dinner was served at 7.30pm and then post dinner, and following a welcome and introduction by Darren Summerfield, Co-Founder of Kitchen Focus Magazine, and Michelle Daniels, Head of Marketing & Communications at the BiKBBI, the serious business of the awards presentations got underway.
