BASKETBALL This is a great instructional program for boys and girls who are in 1st or 2nd grade. Experience is not necessary to join this program as this program is designed to teach children the proper fundamentals of basketball. YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE The youth basketball program provides players the opportunity to develop basic skills, team play and sportsmanship. Teams are grouped by ability through our “warmups”. “Warm up” dates can be seen at www.carson. org/sports. All players are required to play a minimum amount of playing time in each game. Games are played at the MAC, Community Center and Middle Schools. Practices begin in December and games will begin in January. PRACTICE TIMES AND GAME TIMES VARY.
