and it is also a way tomake the participantsfeelincluded and have active participation. It isa moment that passes to self-awareness and to the awareness of other participants, like an added value.

Then, the trainer starts to explain the chosen activity (see alternatives below) and divides the group into subgroups. The participants choose three captains from their teammates. Every team has to choose a name and the best strategyfor each exercise.

Main Activity

Every team has to carry out three exercises:

Exercise 1(about 10 minutes):Starting from every team base, eachteam has to pick different objects of the same colour, scattered into the gym (or field), and return to base within 30 seconds;

Exercise 2(about 10 minutes): Every member of each teamhasto put together a sequence of technical gestures (which could be physical or with any kind of materials available), makinga good choreography. At the end, the trainer givesthem a final judgement considering the creativity and the level of difficulty.

Exercise 3(about 20 minutes): Every team has to organise a motoric itinerary, with different physical activities,for the other two opposing teams. The organising team has to evaluate the trials of the other two teams.When every team has finished all their trials,the trainer givesthem a final judgement considering the creativity of the itinerary, the timing and the level of difficulty insingle trials.

Final moment(about 10 minutes): At the end of the activity, with allparticipantsin a circle, there isa confrontation moment, trying to highlight the positive and strong points, as well as the weak points during the activity.

Alternatively, you can use this variation as the Main Activity:

Exercise 1(about 10 minutes):There are ten various balls organised at different distance from the post.Every participant has 30 seconds to do as many goals as they can and return to their base on time.

Exercise 2(about 10 minutes): Every member has to do a technical skill with the ball, createdtogether with theirteammates, attemptinga good performance(depending on their personal skills), and finally shoot the ball in the post.
