3. When everyone has put on the hat, the instructor asks the participants to walk around the room again maintaining a constant speed, without touching each other, and trying to keep the hat in balance.
4. The exercise goes on until everyone has reached a constant speed and found a relationship with space and with others soas to be able to move while keeping the hat in balance.
5. The last part of the activity requires everyone to keep moving around the room, with the cone shaped hat balanced on their heads and with their eyes closed. It is important that everyone finds their own speed and thatthe senses are very focused on balance and what surrounds us to avoid bumping into others and dropping the hat. The instructor may decide to finish this part after the group has managed to stay in motion for at least a couple of minutes without dropping the hats. Participants are silent for the duration of the activity.
6. At the end of the exercise we sit down to list the difficulties, the negative and positive feelings, the surprises and the possible usefulness of the exercise.
