As we step into September, Cambridge Country Club is full of energy and new opportunities. Over the past few months, we’ve made improvements across the club to make every visit more enjoyable, whether you’re here to relax, socialise, or try something different.
This month brings plenty to enjoy. Take part in PT Open Week from 8th to 14th September, explore the new Elemis launch on 24th September, or book a Titleist fitting on the same day. Golf enthusiasts can join our Halloween Golf competition on 31st October, fancy dress highly encouraged, and autumn offers a range of seasonal events for members and guests.
From fitness and dining to social and seasonal activities, there’s something for everyone Thank you for being part of our community, your support is what makes Cambridge Country Club such a special place. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing all the exciting experiences ahead.

With the kids back at school and the summer rush behind us, September is the perfect time to enjoy a little me time Whether that’s unwinding in the spa, getting back into your fitness routine, or taking time out for a coffee after a class, we hope the club gives you the space to recharge and reset.
We’re also celebrating World Wellness Weekend on 20th–21st September To mark the occasion, every member will receive one complimentary guest pass to bring a friend along to experience the club with you

Dear Members,
As we head into autumn, there’s still plenty of great golf to enjoy Simon and the greens team have done a fantastic job this season despite the dry weather, and the course is holding up well ahead of our flagship Club Championships. Recent months have seen demo days, charity events, and excellent championships, and it’s great to welcome CAGU back for regional events
Looking ahead, we have Ryder Cup-themed competitions throughout September, Taylormade and Titleist Demo Days, our ladies’ fashion show in early October, and the Halloween-themed Night Golf event on Friday, 31st October (fancy dress welcome!). Our winter pro shop competitions and simulator comps will also run before the end of the year. The pro shop is offering great discounts across all brands, with summer clothing heavily reduced this coming month.
Golf membership levels have doubled over the last three years I am proud of the golf team, our course marshal volunteers, and the friendly pro shop staff, all of whom help provide excellent service to members and visitors alike.
On a personal note, I will be leaving in September I would like to thank everyone who has supported me and the team over the past four and a half years
I have truly enjoyed my time at Bourn, particularly the interactions with members, which I will miss the most I leave behind a great team who will continue to deliver outstanding golf experiences
