It is the same with our mental health. We all need to take care of our minds and live with healthy habits so that we can do, feel, and think positively to make our day productive.

According to WHO, Mental Health is a state of mental well-being which includes emotions, actions, how we talk, and the everyday

different environments and situations. It also helps to determine how we handle stress, act and make healthy choices.

Mental health awareness helps you make meaningful contributions to the community with well-being and emotion. It leads you to be more considerate with your thinking and do things. REMEMBER your mind controls everything, including your actions and emotions.

Mental illness and its causes

Drug addiction can also cause mental illness, or likewise; some people with mental illness may not know how to get help and end up becoming addicted to alcohol or other drugs.

WHO is the World Health Organization.

WHO is the United Nations agency dedicated to global health and safety.
