Back in 2004, friends and colleagues Elliot and Lee decided to open their own estate agency. They believed that together they could offer a better service to their customers. With over 40 years of combined experience in both sales and lettings, they have successfully helped thousands of people move in Harrow, Hillingdon, Brent and Ealing.
Many years later the agency has gone from strength to strength and has succeeded in their original goal to offer a better service. Winning numerous awards and continuing to sell, let and manage hundreds of properties each year.
Elliot Lee Estate Agency is now headed up by Sales Director, James Burgess. Working for the company since 2007, James has a wealth of knowledge and experience and he is well known within the local communities that he works in. James is passionate about property and knows how important the personal touch to a client’s experience is. This is why he always makes himself available to clients and ensures his high standards are met by the whole team.

We have been carrying out Open Homes for many years and specialise in creating the ultimate environment to maximise the sale or rental potential of your property. The principle of our Open Homes is to create the perception of competition and excitement within a buyer or tenants mindset when your property comes to the market. Similar to an auction, the more competition and demand there is, the higher the price is driven. We find Open Homes often deliver the best results for our clients as well as being the most efficient way of selling and letting homes as occupiers are not constantly being disturbed every evening and weekend.
Our expertise in working with Landlords in both sourcing, financing and letting property has been the foundation of ElliotLee. Along with our own property stock for Landlords to buy from, we have a landlord and investors club where we provide exclusive offers made available to us in the form of land, development opportunities, high yielding rental properties, HMOs and joint ventures. ElliotLee work closely with several sourcing companies allowing us to offer properties throughout the UK to our investors. These purchases require specialist knowledge from Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers which we have readily available for any potential buyers to utilise and ensure they are maximising the opportunity from a monetary perspective as well as reviewing portfolios to ensure the financing is kept up to date and on the best possible rates. Once the properties are ready our dedicated lettings and management department takes care of the rest from the marketing to boiler repairs.
