CB: We sell our homes signifi cantly faster than other agents in Austin – in fact our listings sell 56% faster than other homes on the market!

CB: We will sell more than 50 homes this year! We currently have more than 20 active listings and we are actively working with more than 20 buyers as well. We know the market!

CB: We provide an extensive internet marketing program where we advertise our properties on more than 350 web-sites! We also use social media, email, and the phone to target our listings to fi nd just the right buyer for your home.
