You then need to complete 2 budget planners. One detailing what you spend and earn now, and one detailing what your expenditure might be when you retire if you think it will be different. It is also good to visit www.gov.uk/state-pension-statement, to obtain a personalised State Pension Forecast, this will detail your State Pension age and also how much State Pension you are likely to get. It is now time to book a review with your financial adviser to let them know your goals, expenditure and also full details of any pensions and savings your currently have. They can then let you know what you need to do to get to your ‘Fantastic’ Whatever your financial goals a 30 minute review with your Financial Adviser should help to put you on the right path to achieving them. Happy New Year To you All. Hope you all had an amazing Christmas, its now time to dust your self off and embrace the NEW YOU for 2016. We are starting with a great move which really opens up your spine and you can do this at home. The Roll Back The is a great way to open up your spine and work through your centre at the same time. It is a well know Pilate’s move, I perform this move with my Class members in my Fitness Pilate’s classes I run. Before completing this move please make sure you are nice and warm. Also if you have any back injuries please be careful completing this move the last thing we want to do is aggregate any thing to do with your back. Also please consult your GP if you are unsure weather you should start any regular exercise first. Position 1 The Roll Back Take a seated position on the floor with a mat or on a soft carpet. Bring your arms out in front and create a C shape with your vertebrae. Make sure you pull your stomach in as tight as possible and hold it in that braced position whilst completing the Full Roll back move. Position 2 The Roll Back Slowly start to roll back but really thinking about your position and placing each vertebrae one by one on the floor or your mat massaging it down as you roll back slowly. Once you are fully on the floor start to UN-peal your self back off the floor again slowly and visualising each vertebrae is being peeled back off the floor one by one until you reach your starting position. You may need to hold behind your legs to start off with on the way up to help you until your stomach is strong enough to lift you off the floor by its self.
