You then need to complete 2 budget planners. One detailing what you spend and earn now, and one detailing what your expenditure might be when you retire if you think it will be different. It is also good to visit www.gov.uk/state-pension-statement, to obtain a personalised State Pension Forecast, this will detail your State Pension age and also how much State Pension you are likely to get. It is now time to book a review with your financial adviser to let them know your goals, expenditure and also full details of any pensions and savings your currently have. Please see below my move of the month for December 2015. So we al hate it when we put on a pair of jeans that have just come out of the tumble dryer and suddenly we have an over hand of excess fat or skin hanging over the side of our jeans. This move pictured below is focusing on your side of your rib cage which is called your obliques. These are quite easy to target if you know how. Position 1

Lay on your side, leaning on your elbow making sure your whole body is in alignment. Draw your belly button in as tight as possible so you have a contraction going through your ABS. Lock your legs out so they are nice and firm and straight. Place your hand on your chest or shoulder so you are just using your olbiques to form this move and not using your hand to assist in any way, unless you want to make it easier. Lifting your hips off the floor, bearing weight through your upper body, making sure your body is straight and your belly is locked, lift slowly up and then lower back down taking a recovery at the bottom.
Add this move in to your main work out, make sure you are nice and warm, please always speak to your GP before starting a new exercise program. Contact me for more information on one to one PT or group exercise classes.
