IIERE BOTH formal and informal living were given equal consideration. The tradi' tional living room and separate dining room compose a setting for gracious and informal entertaining. The kitchen, family and adjoining patio are the informal area of the home.

The bedrooms are all large enough for twin beds. They have plenty of wall spaoe preserved for flexibility in the arranging of furniture. This has been accomplished by using high sliding windows on the side walls of the two front bedrooms.

The master bedroom suite has its own private bathroom and dressing room, away from the hurly-burly of family activities. An elegant and impressive part of this layout is the extra lavatory and dressing table which opens from an alcove to the master bedroom. It is conoealed from the bedroom by folding doors.

This kitchen also has an unusual amount of both under-counter and wall cabinets storage space. This has been increased considerably by the addition of a wide pantry.

From the garage with its abundant stor. age areas, there is direct access to the service via a covered breezeway.

Highlights of this charming ranch exterior are the treatment of the front wall of the garage, the bay windows at the front of the bedroom wing and the roofed porch lvhere part of the porch has been eliminated in front of the kitchen sink so as to form an inexpensive but appealing planting area.
