!(/heeler Osgood Names Three To National Sales Force

Announcement has been made by N. O. Cruver, president of the \\rheeler Osgood Company, of the appointments of Phillip A. Yochem, J. Russell Guildener, Jr., and William B. Johnson to sales offices in San Antoino, New York and Tacoma, respectively.

In making the announcement Cruver saicl "With our increased plyu'ood production from Myrtle Creek, Oregorr, as well as from the Tacoma Plant, plus our desire to improve sales service facilities to our national distributor trade, the addition of these men to our national sales staff is our arls\\rer to the grorving demand for plywood and promotion of plyr,r'ood.

Mr. Yochem, who brings to the company five r-ears' experience with the sash and door business in Texas, has been appointed sales representative in the Texas area, with offices at 419 Bedell Building, San Antonio, 5, Texas. He will work through the Chicago office at 134 South LaSalle

Street under the direction of Mr. W. M. MacArthur, vice president in charge of midwestern sales.

As industrial sales representative attached to the Ne-w York Offrce, Guildener rvill service the jobbing trade in the Ntiddle Atlantic ancl Soutl-reastern areas. His previous experience lvas in the retailing and jobbing of lumber, as well as representing manufacturers directly. He will rvork under the direction of L. J. Phillips, vice president in charge of eastern sales, rvith offices in the Empire State Building.

William B. Johnson, who was associated rvith \\rheeler Osgood previously at both their Tacoma and Chicago offices u.ill return February 1 to handle sales of doors and plywood in the Pacific Northwest area. He has been connected with the lumber business in both Seattle and Alaska and rvill be operating under the direction of R. H. O'Neil of the Tacoma sales ofifrce.
