Adoptoble Soffit System

A prefinished soffit compatible with exterior siding materials has been introduced by Masonite Corp.

The system incorporates Colorlok X-90 prefinished panel siding and three accessories-aluminum channel molding, joint molding, and vent strips-for sofrts 2' or less in width in any type of residential construction and many commercial applications.

The siding panels are supported by the channel molding along each edge or by the molding at one edge and a plowed fascia along the other edge. The joint moldings and the joint moldings and vent strips are then supported by the panels rather than being fastened to the framework.
