What the French Toast!
With good food and good company, the first breakfast of the year introduced new members to the team, division leaders gave exciting updates, a fun game of building towers with spaghetti noodles and marshmallows broke out, and Vicky Bray was the lucky winner of the Bray Cares 50/50 Raffle donating all her winnings back to Bray Cares. The breakfast ended with the presentation of three very deserving Bray Way Awards Winners - Manny Montoya, Merrite Wyatt and Jane Reed.

LEADING RE CONFERENCE

What happens in Vegas....
This year Stewart, Michelle and Lauren attended the LeadingRE Conference in Vegas. It was a lot of fun, learning and networking with companies all over the world! Next year, we have BIG plans to have a strong Bray representation at the 2025 Conference - who’s in? Don’t forget to bring comfortable shoes!

We rode the wave into this year’s sales awards! Keynote Speaker, Robin Brown reminded all of us how to be prepared for whatever life throws at us! The lovely, Paula Scanlon was inducted into the Circle of Excellence and Merrite and Theresa were hailed as Top Producers. Thanks to all of those that attended, we know what a hard year it was and we thank you for your perseverance and dedication!

COMMERCIAL BREAKOUT SESSION

We had a productive meeting during the commercial breakout session!
Throughout the day, our commercial team engaged in meaningful discussions, and strategic planning that will undoubtedly shape our path forward.
But it wasn't all business! We also took a break with an engaging game that sparked some interesting questions, our own version of Guess Who? that made for some interesting interactions.

ALL HAIL PRESIDENT BRAY!
Kevin was appointed President of The Housing and Building Association of Western Colorado (HBA). Kevin has been with the HBA for over two decades, and as he takes the helm in 2024, he commits to advancing these efforts, ensuring the HBA is a vocal and effective champion not just for housing, but also for commercial builders and contractors.
Thunder Valley Subdivision Phase 3 broke ground February 12th, and the construction crew has been working very hard moving dirt, installing water lines, sewer lines, sidewalks, and are getting ready to pave the roads here soon! Thunder Valley is located behind Thunder Mountain Elementary, and this phase contains 21 lots. For any more information see Kevin Bray!

THAT’S A LOT OF CHANGES!
Property Management has gone through a lot since October
From the loss of Jane, to moving offices, new hires and management changes, you can’t say they don’t have fortitude! While Cindy recovers from surgery, she is enjoying her gift basket and mastering Sudoku, but promises “I’ll be back” in May into her “new role” as property manager. Meanwhile, Amy Donegon has stepped into the role of Director of Property Management and we are excited to see her grow Paige Stumpf was hired as an Assistant Property Manager is also helping out at Copper Creek

I am a Grand Junction native and married my high school sweetheart, Dillon. I have one sister, two nieces, and a nephew all under five; I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors! am very grateful for this opportunity to work at a place such as Bray Real Estate and I look forward to learning something new each day.
MEN AT WORK!
It’s been a hard road, but our Construction & Maintenance Division have done a fantastic job at getting 637 North Avenue repaired.
They replaced the siding, fixed the roof, got the place repainted and were able to install new flooring.
While it may still take awhile to see it as home again, we are super thankful for the job to be completed and grateful for our wonderful Construction and Maintenance team!
OH, PIE!
BPM gave pies for Pi Day to residents at Copper Creek, River Trace and Grand Mesa Flats - it was fun and the residents definitely enjoyed it!
