Bray & Co has built its success as the largest independent brokerage on the Western Slope of Colorado for over 75 years.
Sherman and Roxie Bray founded Bray & Co on a handshake and a promise to earn, every day, the trust of their clients. Four generations later, Bray & Co still remains a leader in real estate on the Western Slope, servicing the needs of buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants and homebuilders. Bray & Co has thrived through four local boom/bust cycles - uranium in the 50s, coal in the 60s, oil shale in the 80s and gas in the 2000s and vows to still push forward, no mater what may come.
Headquartered primarily in Grand Junction, Colorado, with a satellite office in Rifle, Bray & Co agents are experts working in Mesa, Garfield, Delta and Montrose counties. With 70+ agents strong with backup support of 50+ employees, Bray & Co operates: Residential and Commercial Brokerage, Real Estate Development, Property Management and Maintenance and Construction services.

For over 75 years, Bray & Co has been committed to giving back to the local community - through volunteering and financial support of many different nonprofit organizations.
The Bray Cares Foundation was created to help serve housing-related needs on the Western Slope with grant opportunities
Provide emergency shelter and/or rent assistance
Offer affordable housing and housing for people living with special needs
Provide services to help seniors stay in their homes
Assist veterans with housing needs
"Over the years, our company has contributed to a variety of organizations here in the community. We think it is time to focus our efforts a little more and increase both our funding and our leadership in the area of housing-related needs in Mesa County," says Robert Bray, CEO.
During the COVID-19 crisis, Bray & Co launched Caring for Our Home Community fund to enable full-service dine-in restaurants to provide healthy meals through local nonprofits. In 2020 the company raised and delivered over $60,000 to local restaurants that were hit hard by the pandemic, and in turn they were able to serve over 8,500 meals to those in need.
Bray & Co also volunteers regularly with Habitat for Humanity and with Kids Aid, an organization providing food to children in Grand Junction.

Place the tenant on our lease ,which has been prepared by a local attorney and proven in the court system
With Limited Management the tenant is now handed back to owner

Initial property report documentation
Inventory of where shut-off valves are, breaker boxes, mechanical inventory on the property
Listing of mechanical filter sizes for efficiency with spring start up and winterization maintenance

LEASE ENFORCEMENT
Collection of Rents.
Enforcement of Lease Requirements.
Periodic Inspection of Units.
All Tenant Correspondence goes thru BPM – Tenant will never know owner’s name or contact information
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Emergency and normal on-call 24/7/365
Normal and Preventative Maintenance for items such as leaky faucets, winterization items, spring maintenance, etc.
Emergency On Call for evening and weekend emergency items such as water breaks, water heater leaks, power outages, habitability issues, etc.
All maintenance in-house are billed on a time and material basis in addition to the contract.
OWNER CORRESPONDENCE
BPM will keep owner informed of pertinent items on the lease with the tenant and on the property.
MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORTING
Comprehensive monthly accounting reports will be emailed on the 25th to all owners
A Disbursement of monthly funds will be Electronic Funds Transfer directory to owners bank statement on the 25th.
