Since the beginning of his commercial real estate career in 1991, Sid has completed thousands of sales and leasing transactions and over a dozen development projects on the western slope of Colorado. In 1996, he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and continues to maintain the organization’s high standards of professionalism and integrity. With over 31 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sid handles multimillion dollar commercial property sales and exchange transactions as well as managing responsibilities as the exclusive listing agent for multiple retail/office centers. Sid assists national, regional, and local tenants with site selection and works closely with property owners to ensure the satisfaction of all parties. Whether you are a tenant, tenant representative, investor, or property owner, Sid is willing and able to handle all your commercial real estate needs.

Sid’s passion for business has been tested and strengthened in the field over the years. He began his career as a restaurant owner with four stores in the Mesa Mall and assisted in the opening of the Ale House, in which he has been a part-owner for 20 years.Sid has worked alongside many national tenants including popular franchises, chains, restaurants, and various types of businesses. He has years of valuable experience in extensive leasing and sales as not only a knowledgeable broker, but also as a developer, owner/landlord, and buyer/tenant himself. He understands and respects the gravity of complex situations with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Sid graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with degrees in Finance and Real Estate. He is enthusiastic about the great outdoors and all types of sports including road and mountain biking, Alpine skiing, trail running, weightlifting, and volleyball. When he is not working, Sid enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.

Sherman and Roxie Bray founded Bray & Co on a handshake and a promise to earn, every day, the trust of their clients. "Over the years, our company has contributed to a variety of organizations here in the community. We think it is time to focus our efforts a little more and increase both our funding and our leadership in the area of housing-related needs in Mesa County," says Robert Bray, CEO.

During the COVID-19 crisis, Bray & Co launched Caring for Our Home Community fund to enable full-service dine-in restaurants to provide healthy meals through local nonprofits. In 2020 the company raised and delivered over $60,000 to local restaurants that were hit hard by the pandemic, and in turn they were able to serve over 8,500 meals to those in need. Bray & Co also volunteers regularly with Habitat for Humanity and with Kids Aid, an organization providing food to children in Grand Junction.
