The Bray Residential and Commercial team came together to reflect on an incredible 2024 and celebrate the achievements that made it all possible at our annual Sales Awards 2025. Under the theme “Scaling New Heights” the event was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together. From honoring top performers to recognizing personal milestones across the company, the celebration highlighted the hard work and dedication that defined the past year. Attendees enjoyed an inspiring keynote by Jamie Hamilton, who shared insights on growth and resilience, followed by collaborative strategy sessions that sparked fresh ideas for the year ahead. It was a day full of connection, reflection, and motivation as we soar to even greater heights in 2025!

BRAY INDOOR GOLF TOURNAMENT - GOOFY GOLF
Our annual Bray Indoor Tournament - aka Goofy Golf - was back in full swing and did not disappoint! Ten teams brought their A-game to the office greens, designing over-the-top holes and pulling off some truly impressive trick shots and one near miss (thanks Barb). Laughter echoed through the halls as friendly competition and team spirit took center stage. Thank you to everyone who joined in and made this quirky tradition one to remember. Start polishing those putters — next year’s showdown is already calling!

After 31 unforgettable years, we gathered to celebrate the one and only Cindy as she steps into a wellearned retirement. True to form, she went out in spicy style — taking over and giving gifts to those she leaves behind with all the love and signature laugh you’ve come to know so well. Cindy has mentored countless teammates, built lifelong friendships, and brought warmth, humor, and dedication to everything she’s touched. Her retirement may be the end of an era, but her impact will be felt for years to come. Here’s to Cindy — forever our Spice Queen, Bray family icon, and group text all-star.

A Morning to Appreciate Our Team - Thursday, March 6th
Our recent Staff Appreciation Breakfast at Pufferbelly was a wonderful way to kick off the day and celebrate the hardworking team that makes everything at Bray & Company possible. Over hot coffee and hearty breakfasts, laughter filled the room as staff from every department came together to relax, reconnect, and enjoy each other’s company. One of the highlights? Pufferbelly’s tasty and HUGE cinnamon rolls — they were a definite crowd favorite and the perfect sweet treat to top off the morning. It was a small token of appreciation for all the dedication and effort everyone puts in every day. Thank you to everyone who joined us — and to Pufferbelly for hosting us with great service and delicious food!

LEADING RE LIMITLESS CONFERENCE IN VEGAS
February 24th to February 27th
The Bray team took Las Vegas by storm to attend the LeadingRE Limitless Conference, joining top brokerages from around the world for a week of networking and learning. Michelle, Stewart, Lauren, Amanda, Derek, Merrite, and Kayla each took part in specialized summits and Michelle and Merrite had the opportunity to speak at breakout sessions. Congratulations to Amanda, Derek, and Stewart, who received awards recognizing their referral efforts. Our marketing team also received a nomination for excellence in marketing materials! Mike also joined in on the fun (attending the IBS Conference).

CAUGHT ON CAMERA AT THE COMMERCIAL RETREAT!

The Commercial Agents are back at it with their annual retreat — an opportunity to collaborate, strategize, and share insights. Throughout the day, the team dove into numbers, discussed business goals, and offered valuable advice to one another. But it wasn’t all business. The retreat kicked off with updated headshots and included games, great food, and plenty of laughs along the way. Their expertise, dedication, and drive continue to demonstrate why they’re considered the best in the business.
VALLEY PLAZA, MORE LIKE GLOW-UP PLAZA
Valley Plaza is nearing the final stages of its long-anticipated transformation, and the results are already making a noticeable impact. With construction almost fully complete, the newly renovated space is attracting attention for its updated look and improved infrastructure. The Bray Construction and Maintenance crew has done an outstanding job bringing the vision to life with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Tenants are expressing their excitement and satisfaction as the plaza evolves into a more modern, welcoming environment for both businesses and the community.

2025 HBA HOUSING SUMMIT

Affordable housing is on the mind of these folks at the HBA Housing Summit. Our very own Kevin Bray did an amazing job. This summit brought together leaders, experts, and community members to tackle housing challenges head-on. The sold-out event was a testament to the urgency and commitment surrounding this issue, and we’re grateful for every person who participated.
COLDEST NIGHT OF

What a night! It may not have been the coldest, but it was definitely one of the best. With warm soup and even warmer hearts, our very own Haley and Louise did a fantastic job raising money for Homeward Bound and getting lots of Bray walkers!
After the walk, participants were welcomed back with hot soup, cornbread and coffee! We’re already looking forward to being part of it again next year — hopefully raising even more funds, and who knows… maybe it’ll actually live up to the name and be the coldest night of the year.
