After graduating Texas A&M University in 1996, Troy entered real estate through his own business in residential construction. But his understanding of real estate extends far beyond creating a structure. He is a top producer in the Ada County Association of Realtors, and a seasoned real estate veteran within the Treasure Valley, as well as Valley County. "Having relocated my family three times, I have an intimate understanding of what it means to buy and sell property,” Troy says. “I’m thrilled to be able to take my extensive business, accounting, and relocation experiences, coupled with my work ethic, integrity, and dedication to personal service to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs." After previously being on the market for 1725 days with a competing brokerage, we were hired by the seller to bring their stunning downtown Boise condo back to market.

We were confident that we could sell the property at the same price after implementing our custom luxury marketing and personalized service commitment to our clientele. In collaboration with our trusted staging team, we staged the condo to invoke the luxurious lifestyle offered, changed all interior lights to brighten the space and hired a state-of-the-art photographer for fresh twilight and interior/exterior imagery.
